Fellow Scholars & Universities
Being an active member of a wide network of top scholars can serve many purposes, such as exchanging views and opinions, and collaboration. Next to researching, teaching and lecturing, I welcome opportunities to co-author articles in prestigious academic journals (preferably scholarly peer reviewed) or books. Even though I am a prolific author, for me as an independent researcher, the threshold to certain academic journals is higher than it is for members of universities or of similar research institutes.
Out of a wide range, several subjects that currently come to mind are: fundamental aspects of organisations; (measuring) socio-technical balance within organisations; (measuring) performance of organisations and organisational processes; organisation development; process improvement; extent, nature and consequences of public sector inefficiency; legitimacy of public sector staff surplus; learning organisation; leadership; manipulating an organisation's culture.
I welcome inquiries, suggestions and invitations of universities and fellow scholars for collaboration and exchange.
